New Yoga Classes at the Studio

NEW CLASSES!!!!

The Yoga Studio now offers a greater variety of Yoga classes than ever before. While maintaining a strong tradition of Ashtanga yoga, the Gorey Yoga Studio is proud to be able to offer ongoing Hatha Yoga classes together with not one but two Pregnancy classes, back strengthening classes for all those of you suffering from back pain (or hoping to avoid it!) and coming soon we will also have Yoga for Martial Artists, to help you strengthen and stretch those legs for high and powerful kicks.

ASHTANGA

Still the main studio in the South East for this popular form of Yoga, senior teacher Anthony (Anto) will be teaching beginners and continuation classes every Tuesday, Thursday evening and on Sunday mornings. Prepare to sweat, lose pounds and get fit in this popular class!

HATHA

Three new teachers have joined the Studio to offer gentle, deeply relaxing Hatha morning classes every Monday, Tuesday and Saturday and Hatha evening classes every Monday and Wednesday. Please join us in welcoming Liam, Siobhan and Barbara to the Gorey Yoga Studio faculty!

BACK STRENGTHENING YOGA

Available every Wednesday morning, this class, given by Hatha Teacher, Liam, focuses on stretching and lengthening the muscles of the back while building strength and support to prevent future injury.

PREGNANCY YOGA

Hatha teachers Siobhan and Deirdre provide you with specialized pregnancy Yoga every Wednesday evening and Saturday morning. No other form of exercise prepares you quite so well for that big day as gentle, strengthening Hatha Yoga for the mother to be.

YOGA FOR MARTIAL ARTS
